Payment security & verification
Explera only requests payment to the accounts listed on this page or on an official numbered invoice, and confirmations come exclusively from accounts@explera.ae. If you receive bank details from any other address, stop and verify on WhatsApp (+971 50 123 4567) before transferring. Always quote your invoice number, booking reference and passenger/company name.

Every payment is confirmed in writing by our accounts team against a numbered invoice; always quote your invoice and booking reference.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before travel; exact terms and peak-season deposit schedules are stated on each quotation.
Is card payment available?
Yes — secure card payment is available alongside bank transfer; card-processing fees, where they apply, are shown on the invoice.
